All students must be currently working in a childcare setting (on-the-job training/OJT)
All students must have or be willing to earn 45 hours of DCF training in Early Childcare.
All students must have a high school diploma or GED certification.
To become a Childcare Director, you must complete both a CDA and Director’s Credential, which is a separate course offered by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Monday – Friday: On-the-job training 6:00 am to 1:30 pm
